ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Patrick Hagerman studied with Le Cordon Bleu before moving to Napa, California where he worked for the prestigious Chef Thomas Keller in his Ad Hoc restaurant. The following three years were spent as Culinary Liaison for Thomas Keller’s flagship restaurant French Laundry.
